Laurel Abbott Massage Therapist

Laurel graduated from The Healing Arts Institute in Fort Collins in 2001 and specializes in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage. She also attended The Colorado School for Healing Arts in Lakewood and is certified to incorporate Sports Massage and stretching into any massage. Her Deep Tissue techniques can include trigger point release and active release, which are very effective in reducing muscle pain and tension. Each massage is customized for the needs of the client and regular massage is a key component for optimal health and wellness. In her free time, Laurel can be found hiking or backpacking with her husband as well as gardening and trail running.
